Norman Simon is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Plat Capital. Plat Capital is a Short Term and Vacation Rental Syndication company. Plat Capital focuses on making it easier for anyone to invest in real estate. They acquire, manage, and dispose of properties through location focused real estate funds. 

Norm is experienced in short term rentals, Vacation Rentals, Fix and Flips, Long term rentals, Small Apartments and Farmland.  He loves creative financing and has experience in many different types of financing from Syndications to seller financing and everything in between.  He currently manages a $10 million+ portfolio of real estate for Plat Capital and its clients.

After the introduction of Triad REIA's Board, we'll announce upcoming events, give a shout-out to our corporate sponsors, & members will have a chance to voice their Haves, Needs, & Wants for their businesses.  Our speaker, Norm Simon, will take the stage at 7pm, & the meeting will wrap-up between 8:30 & 9pm.
