Carla had a full career in corporate America as a trainer, project manager and sourcing specialist. She retired in 2018 – and found that she needed to be doing more than gardening, hiking and photography. She has now been actively investing in real estate for 4 years building new stick-built homes in the Asheville area and she just closed on her first rental property in Lexington. She is now building modular homes.
