The Nuances of Working a Deal on a Property in Foreclosure
Sarah has over ten years of experience in the areas of default servicing, creditors' rights, title curative and review, and real estate law. She is also licensed and practices in all NC bankruptcy districts. Sarah's greatest strength and asset to her clients is her dedication to the concept of advocacy for both her clients and the law itself. This commitment to advocacy shows in all of her interactions with her clients, the Court, and other counsel alike.
Sarah also handles and oversees real estate closing transactions for both retail and national clients. This includes issuing title opinions and certifications for transactional or pending default matters.
